Patient Portal

Keep up with your personal health information by using the patient portal. We've made accessing your health records easy, but your information is still entirely private and confidential. See and manage lab results, perscriptions, billing, immunizations records, surgical history, past procedures, discharge instructions and more.

Updated 03/23/2020: Due to the direction from LDH and Governor Edwards we are further reducing visitation to no visitors unless the patient is a minor.

Any visitor accompanying a minor must:

  • Be over the age of 12
  • Enter and exit throught the Emergency Room entrance
    • A check-in greeting station is set up at this entrance
      • At this station, a staff member will screen all visitors for symptoms of COVID-19
      • Screenings will include: a temperature check along with the following questions:
        • Do you have a cough, fever, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
        • Have you been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19? Or being investigated for COVID-19?
        • Have you traveled to an area designated as a Level II or III for VOCID-19 in the last 14 days? 
        • Have you recently traveled to Orleans or Jefferson Parish
      • The Staff member then will determine if the individual meets criteria for entry. If not, entry will be denied. 
      • It is possible if entry is permitted, the visitor will be asked to wear certain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If the visitor refuses to wear PPE entry will be denied. 
      • No visitors will be be allowed to visit patients who are on respiratory isolation.
      • Non-essential visitors will not be allowed entry to the facility. 

Riverside Medical Center Clinics are taking the below precautions:

  • No visitors will be allowed unless the patient needs assistance 
    • All visitors must be 18 years or older
  • Upon entering one of our clinics please go to the registration desk, a staff member will then screen all visitors for symptoms of COVID-19 by asking the following questions:
    • Do you have a cough, fever, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
    • Have you been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19? Or being investigated for COVID-19?
    • Have you traveled to an area designated as a Level II or III for VOCID-19 in the last 14 days?
